I went into the treatment mostly out of curiosity about craniosacral therapy, without any acute pain and had a really pleasant experience. Piero has a very calm, grounded presence and explains everything he's doing every step of the way so I felt at ease right away. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and afterward I felt an unexpected sense of lightness. My stomach area felt almost airy and flowing. Later that day I was extremely sleepy and over the following days my previously disorganised sleep rhythm started gently falling back into it's natural pattern. I only had one treatment so far, but based on this experience I'd say it's definitely worth trying 😊
